Sherry is a chef, food philosopher, nutritionist, and Chef. She is the author of Return to Food and the founder of Sweet Freedom Life led by her powerful story of sugar and food addiction having been twice her present size.

She was the Victorian Chair of Nutrition Australia, Melbourne President of Slow Food and the Co-Founder of the World Wellness Summit.
