I am a Certified Nutrition Network Medical Practitioner and Registered Dietitian and currently studying in Bitten Jonsson's 2023 HMA course.  I have learnt a lot about myself since coming to know I am a recovering sugar/carb addict and realise this has has provided profound insight into my own healing journey and those of many of my clients.  This new perspective has enhanced my self-awareness, eagerness to grow my own toolbox personally and professionally, and given me a sense of relief and belonging, knowing I am now in connection with other food addicts and experts in the field, and not alone in recovering from this brain disease.
